Rest

We require movement throughout the day. Our bodies are created to do difficult things, yet are no longer capable of doing them because we’ve adopted lifestyles that prioritize comfort and convenience over what is necessary for health and vital for our own longevity. When our body’s don’t get the kind of natural movement they were created for, they quit working like they were designed to. Both short and long term health issues begin to appear as a consequence of our choice not to embrace a lifestyle filled with natural movement. We sacrifice future benefits for present pleasures. This invites a reckoning when the day will come that our habits have failed us and all we are left with are the consequences of our decisions.
